We have ChatBots for different therapist uses. Autonomy for Therapists: Being part of our platform doesn't mean that you have to charge a set fee or something lower than your normal rate, pay a commission for every session regardless of the number of sessions you have with a client, or use a specific video conferencing platform. You can continue working in the way that works best for you, and charge based on your experience, qualifications and circumstances.
  • How do I register and create my profile?
Visit the Therapist Registration page of our website, complete the online registration form with your credentials, areas of expertise, and other details. As part of this process you will be asked to upload your qualifications and accreditation certificates or numbers so we can verify this. At the end of the form you submit your registration for approval. Once approved you can add your availability.
  • How does PsyConnect support therapist-client matching?
Through our platform, clients can find you based on your listed expertise and exact availability. Additionally, you can view anonymised client enquiries to proactively connect with those you believe you can best support and choose the type of client and work you wish to carry out at a given time.
  • How are client details handled in the system?
Client confidentiality is paramount on PsyConnect. Personal details are shared with therapists only if a client specifically requests contact or agrees to be contacted based on their enquiry. When clients make general enquiries we keep their personal data that could identify them anonymised in our database so that only once a therapist express an interest in working with them, do they receive this. If a client makes a direct request for contact to a specific therapist, the therapist will see there name, but their contact details only after they commit to contact them. Therapists will then contact the client, arrange an appointment and inform us of this. This keeps client information on a need to know basis and ensures privacy.
  • What resources are available for therapists on PsyConnect, and how is feedback utilised?
PsyConnect offers a variety of resources aimed at enriching your professional practice, including professional development materials, forums for peer discussion, and tools for managing your practice. We value your feedback as it plays a crucial role in continuously improving these resources and the overall platform experience. Your input helps us tailor PsyConnect to better meet the needs of our therapist community.
